Our free sessions are the same that paid members receive, so we do need some information about your goals prior to enrollment so that we can have a Certifried Trainer set up an excercise routine that meets with your needs and goals.  Once we receive your information, someone will contact you to set up your free six day schedule to suit your personal timetable.
You can feel comfortable that no one will place any "sales pressure" on you while you are enjoying your free sessions.   If after you try our services, you feel that you would benefit by continued use of our facilities, you can simply ask one of our Trainers to enroll you in one of our three Membership Plans, which are very low in cost.
