At our facility you'll be working with an experienced "Trainer". The beauty of our circuit training program is that it gives you the power to design your own body. You are aware of your own strengths and weaknesses, and what exactly it is you have in mind for your body. So there is no one better than to help plan your program. With your input, we work with you to reach goals that you set.  In planning en effective program for YOU, We work hard to identify your strengths and weaknesses.  If you've been a couch potato for years, we normally recommend a very gentle program to avoid burning yourself out.
